Is there parking near the flats?
Near the apartments there is paid parking from 9:00 to 19:00, excluding holidays (Largo Don Giulio Rusconi). Otherwise, there are other free parking areas such as Corso Europa at number 162, the Aldi car park, Via Bersaglio, the Steccone car park on Via Volta, Via Torino, Via Odescalchi, Via dei Cornaggia, Via Stelvio, Via Luigi Cadorna, Via Milano, and Via Secchi.
Paid parking: San Giorgio car park, Via San Giorgio.
Other external paid parking spaces: Via De Amicis, Via Martiri della Libertà , Largo Don Giulio Rusconi. You will find a list of parking spaces and shops of all kinds in the apartments.
How far is Rho station from the flats?
Rho station is a 10-minute walk away.
How many stops are there from Rho to Rho Fiera?
One stop, while it takes 10 minutes by car to Rho Fiera.
How do I get to Galeazzi Hospital?
It’s a 10-minute drive, one stop by train, and then there’s a shuttle bus to the hospital.
Does the accommodation have all the essential amenities and services?
Of course, we provide: linen, washing machine, hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo, heating, air conditioning.
Is there a lift?
The building in Via Bolzano has a lift, while the other building in Piazza San Vittore does not.
On which floor are the flats located?
In Piazza San Vittore, two flats + one room are on the first floor, the other two flats are on the second floor. The flat in Via Bolzano is on the first floor.
Are there any supermarkets in the area?
For those who do NOT have a car, the area is well served with ATMs, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and shops of all kinds.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included, but there is a bakery below the flats where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast.
Is there a smoking area?
Outside the flats there is a landing where you can smoke, otherwise there is a table with chairs and an ashtray in the courtyard.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3 p.m. onwards, while check-out is by 10 a.m. (if you plan to check out later, please let us know as soon as possible).
How does check-in work?
I will send you a link via e-mail to check in, where you can enter your personal details so that you can check in independently.
Is it possible to request single beds instead of a double bed?
Certainly.
Is it possible to have a camping cot for children?
Certainly. Per il lettino da campeggio per bambini è richiesto un supplemento di 25 euro per l’intero soggiorno.
Is it possible to leave luggage even if the flat is not ready?
We will do our best: if the flat is not yet ready, we can store your luggage on site, subject to availability and operational circumstances at the time.
Is it possible to check in earlier?
We will do our best, depending on the availability of the flat and the operation of the facility. Please inform us before your arrival.
Are pets allowed?
We are sorry, we do not accept pets in our establishment.
How much is the tourist tax?
€2 per day per person, excluding minors.
